Engineering a little fun in the work place

At PEC, we know that engineering can be a great deal of fun; it's all about problem solving. And that process can be especially rewarding when you work with a group of people that have a good sense of humor and keep the work environment fun. Our adventures may be as grand as a white water rafting trip or a city-wide scavenger hunt, or as simple as heading to lunch where we can sit outside when the weather is beautiful.

More responsibility earlier in your career

Afraid you’ll be stuck in the back room running software analyses? Our younger engineers have real responsibility for analysis and design, and creating the drawings and details used for construction, and are given real interaction with clients. Our office has a national reputation, yet is still intimate enough (we have only 15 employees) that you’ll have real opportunities to learn and advance.
